The Wise Path reflection
Give yourself ten quiet minutes. There are no right answers and nobody else will see what you write. The aim is not to solve everything—it is to notice your next useful step.
Reflection 1 of 5
Where am I now?
Describe the situation as it is—not as it “should” be. What is taking most of your attention?
What do I really want?
Look beneath what other people expect. If things moved in a useful direction, what would be different?
What may be getting in the way?
Consider practical obstacles, assumptions, fears, habits and competing responsibilities—without blaming yourself.
What could I change?
You may not control the whole situation. What is within your influence—even a little?
What small step could I take next?
Choose something specific and manageable. A useful step does not need to be impressive.
